The physician assistants at Fox Valley Orthopedics are an integral part of our team.

A physician assistant (PA) is a licensed or certified healthcare professional who provides a broad range of medical and surgical services under the supervision of a physician. Working in partnership with our physicians, the PAs provide patients with efficient and effective care, diagnosing and treating sports injuries.

What Does the “C” in PA-C Mean?

The “C” means the PA has passed the certification exam developed by the National Board of Medical Examiners and administered by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). All Fox Valley Orthopedic PAs are certified by the NCCPA.
