Over the last five to ten years we have seen an alarming increase in youth sports injuries, particularly those due to overuse.
All too many young athletes with dreams of college or professional sports careers are finding their future aspirations cut short by injury. Overuse injuries in particular are preventable, largely through education. Below are sport-specific injury tips provided by the STOP Sports Injuries Campaign.
